Dundee Museum of Transport reopens next week

The Dundee Museum of Transport will reopen on Wednesday next week, 15 July as part of the Scottish government’s relaxation of coronavirus pandemic controls.

“We know that it’s important to remain cautious, so we’ve instituted a one-way system and will limit the number of visitors at the museum at any given time,” says development manager Katherine Southern.

“Dundonions are looking for family activities that allow them to remain socially distant, and we hope that people can enjoy the museum with confidence that the museum is working to protect their health.”

The museum, in temporary accommodation in Market Street in the docks area to the east of the city centre, is open from 10.30 to 15.30 from Wednesdays to Mondays. Admission is £5 for adults, £4 for concessions and £2.50 for accompanied children.
